Prof. Ingo Jeromin talks about smart grids in a podcast with Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung

Whether for heating, more data centers or electric cars, Germany will need even more electricity in the future than it already does. At the same time, the price of electricity has recently risen significantly. More power plants or other forms of generating electricity and making it usable will help to counter this. Also important is what is commonly discussed under "smart grids." How can electricity be used more efficiently and stored better? FAZ has now talked to Prof. Ingo Jeromin about the role of renewable energy sources, better storage, the function and structure of our power grid and more.
