Prüfungsphase | Examination Period | SoSe 2026

Liebe Studierende,

Die Vorlesungszeit neigt sich dem Ende und die Prüfungsphase beginnt in Kürze. Anbei einige Hinweise:

  • Haben Sie Prüfungsvorleistungen (z.B. Übungen, Labore) nicht bestanden, müssen Sie Ihre Prüfungen selbständig fristgerecht abmelden, um Fehlversuche zu vermeiden. Eine automatische Abmeldung erfolgt nicht.
  • Überprüfen Sie nochmals Ihre Prüfungsanmeldungen in https://my.h-da.de unter „Info über angemeldete Prüfungen“. Schauen Sie hier ggf. ins PDF-Dokument.
  • Denken Sie bitte daran einen Lichtbildausweis zu den Prüfungen mitzubringen.
  • Im Krankheitsfall treten Sie bitte möglichst noch selbst auf my.h-da.de fristgerecht zurück. Erkranken Sie kurzfristig nach dem Ablauf der Rücktrittsfrist, reichen Sie bitte unverzüglich (innerhalb von 3 Kalendertagen) das Formular „Prüfungsrücktritt aufgrund einer Prüfungsunfähigkeit“ mit dem ärztlichen Attest (S. 2)“ über Ihre Prüfungsunfähigkeit ein. Eine Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung ("gelber Schein") oder andere Atteste werden nicht akzeptiert. Hier finden Sie das Formular auf der Webseite.
  • ACHTUNG: Bewahren Sie das Original-Attest für etwaige Rückfragen in jedem Fall auf. Wir behalten uns vor, auf die Einreichung des Originals zu Bestehen.
  • Ihr Attest reichen Sie digital unter https://frag-eit.de ein.
  • Sollten Sie von einer Prüfung bereits einmal aktenkundig krankheitsbedingt zurückgetreten sein, benötigen wir bei erneuter Erkrankung an dem Termin der Wiederholungsprüfung (Pflichtanmeldung) zusätzlich zum oben genannten Formular mit Attest ein amtsärztliches Attest Ihrer Prüfungsunfähigkeit. Sie erhalten dies bei dem für Ihren Wohnort zuständigen Gesundheitsamt.
  • Bitte beachten Sie, dass Mobiltelefone, Smartphones, Smartwatches, Smartbrillen, in-ears, Kopfhörer bei Prüfungen nicht genutzt werden dürfen. Vor Beginn der Prüfung müssen mobile Endgeräte ausgeschaltet werden und außer Reichweite sein. Diese dürfen nicht am Körper sein oder in der Bekleidung verstaut sein.

Dear students,

The lecture period is coming to an end and the examination period will begin shortly. Here is some information:

  • If you have failed preliminary examinations (e.g. tutorials, labs) this semester, you must cancel your examinations yourself by the deadline in order to avoid failed attempts. There is no automatic cancellation.
  • Please check you exam registrations again in https://my.h-da.de (“Information about registered exams”). If necessary, take a look at the PDF document which is offered here.
  • Please remember to bring a photo ID to the examinations.
  • If you have failed preliminary examinations (e.g. tutorials, labs) this semester, you must cancel your examinations yourself by the deadline in order to avoid failed attempts. There is no automatic cancellation.
  • In the case of illness, please cancel your registration on my.h-da.de in due time. If you fall ill shortly after the cancellation deadline, please submit the form “Withdrawal due to inability to take an examination” with the medical certificate (p. 2 of the form) confirming your inability to take the exam immediately (within 3 calendar days). Here you can find the form on the webpage.
  • You are welcome to submit your certificate digitally at https://frag-eit.de. 
    ATTENTION: Always keep the original certificate in case of any queries. We reserve the right to insist on the submission of the original.
  • If you have already withdrawn from an examination once due to illness on record, we require a medical certificate from a public health officer confirming your inability to take the examination if you fall ill again on the date of the repeat examination (compulsory registration). You can obtain this from the health authority (“Gesundheitsamt”) responsible for your place of residence.
  • Please note that mobile devices such as phones, smartphones, smartwatches, smart glasses, in-ear headphones may not be used during examinations. Mobile electronic devices must be switched off before the examination begins and stored out of reach. They must not be carried on your person and must not be hidden under or inside your clothing.
